By accessing and using the website and services provided by Neighborhood Garage Pros, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided​

Neighborhood Garage Pros provides professional garage door services, including but not limited to: garage door repair, garage door installation, garage door maintenance, and garage door opener repair and installation. All services are subject to availability and our assessment of the work required. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

3. Service Appointments and Cancellations​
​
•Scheduling: Service appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or via email. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred time.
•Cancellations/Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we request that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee of 25% of the service fee.
•No-Show: If our technician arrives at the scheduled time and location and you are not present or accessible, a no-show fee of $75 may be charged.

4. Pricing and Payment​

•Estimates: We provide estimates for services based on our assessment of the work. These estimates are not fixed quotes and actual costs may vary depending on unforeseen circumstances or additional work requested by the customer.
•Payment Terms: Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept manual payments via check, cash, and bank transfer as detailed in our Payment Instructions. For specific payment details, please refer to our "How to Make Manual Payments" section on our website.
•Late Payments: Payments not received by the due date may be subject to a late fee of 5% per 30 days.

5. Warranties and Guarantees​

•Workmanship Warranty: Neighborhood Garage Pros guarantees the quality of our workmanship for a period of 15 days from the date of service. This warranty covers defects in labor only.
•Product Warranties: Products and parts installed by Neighborhood Garage Pros are subject to the manufacturer's warranty. We will assist you in processing any valid manufacturer warranty claims.
•Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, acts of nature, or unauthorized repairs by third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability​

Neighborhood Garage Pros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (c) any content obtained from the services; and (d) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
