1. Service Cancellation and Rescheduling

•Cancellation by Customer: If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, we require 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than the required notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 25%.

•No-Show by Customer: If our technician arrives at the scheduled time and location and you are not present or accessible, a no-show fee of $75 may be charged.

•Cancellation by Neighborhood Garage Pros: In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technician illness, severe weather). In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to reschedule at your earliest convenience. No fees will be charged to the customer.

2. Product Returns and Refunds

•Eligibility for Return: Products purchased directly from Neighborhood Garage Pros (e.g., garage door openers, parts) may be eligible for return within 7 days of purchase, provided they are in their original, unused condition and packaging. Custom-ordered products or special-order items may not be returnable.

•Refund Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at [Contact Email/Phone]. Once the returned product is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

•Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% may apply to certain returned products.

•Workmanship Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 30 days of service completion to discuss your concerns. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue, which may include re-performing the service at no additional charge.

•Product Warranties: Products installed by Neighborhood Garage Pros are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We will assist you in processing any valid manufacturer warranty claims. Refunds or replacements for defective products under manufacturer warranty are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.

•Exclusions: This policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, acts of nature, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.

Refunds will typically be issued to the original method of payment. In cases where the original payment method is unavailable, an alternative refund method (e.g., company check) may be used at our discretion.
